Job Title: Senior HR Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic human resources initiatives that support the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the human resources function, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, plus 4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Over five years' experience in a similar luxury resort HR role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and HR/payroll systems.
  • Experience leading multicultural teams within a luxury resort environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • The ability to live in remote locations for extended periods and travel on single status.
