Sales Strategy and Execution

The Revenue Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales leadership, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and contract renewal.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and develop competitive sales strategies.
  • Regularly meet with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on facilities management and technical services.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
  • Extensive knowledge of business development, client management, and sales strategy in the GCC region.
  • Strong background in sales negotiations, contract management, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent understanding of P&L management and cost-effective business operations.
