Sangfor Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development professional to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
About the Opportunity:This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication throughout the sales process.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Drive sales performance by identifying, recruiting, and working with key value-added resellers.
- Opportunity Creation: Identify and develop sales opportunities to maintain strong relationships with channels, distributors, business partners, and customers.
- Cycle Management: Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a qualified pipeline of prospects, and conduct all necessary sales activities to achieve targets.
- Pipeline Development: Develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly revenue.
- Partner Enablement: Provide channel partner enablement in defined territories, including regular product updates, customized workshops, and other required tasks to support independent pre-sales activities for small-to-medium size opportunities.
- Account Growth: Maintain databases of clients and grow each new sale into strong account references.
- A Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in account management or business development within the ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of solution selling, project selling, and channel management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages an asset.
