
Portfolio Growth Specialist

- Manage portfolio growth and customer engagement throughout the card lifecycle.
- Ensure balanced growth addressing credit, operations, compliance, and service delivery risks.
- Design best-in-class portfolio programs based on local needs and co-create globally scalable solutions with the central team.
- Implement regulatory changes to ensure timely implementation, seamless client experience, and cost-effectiveness.
- Grow the credit card portfolio aligned with business targets through strategic initiatives.
- Support customer engagement and balance build by managing campaigns across channels to increase spends and balances.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams on customer segmentation to promote credit card usage among existing customers.
- Increase in card activation rates.
- Growth in card spend (domestic and international).
- Effectiveness of promotional campaigns in increasing card utilization.
This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including Risk Management, Operations, Marketing, Retail, Analytics, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and external partners supporting portfolio programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in cards product/portfolio management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and delivering high-quality results.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with an advanced degree or MBA preferred. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages desirable. Comfortable with significant client interaction and relationship building, this individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Regional experience is highly valued, and a deep understanding of the local market and its dynamics is crucial for success in this role.
