Job Title: Senior Hospitality Supervisor
As a Senior Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel's stewarding department. This includes supervising staff, managing facilities and operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Provide support and guidance to stewarding department employees
• Ensure the effective use of chemicals and washing accessories
• Coordinate with the Stewarding Manager to establish inventory levels and approve requisitions
• Collaborate with the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to meet their requirements

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in stewarding, preferably in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed

You will be a highly organized and motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
