Sales Development Representative

The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. This dynamic individual will be responsible for maintaining the sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and exceeding weekly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling clean and organized environment.
- Represent the brand positively through attitude and behavior.
- Assume and complete duties assigned by the shopkeeper.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets by providing excellent customer service.
- Participate in market hall inventories and store meetings.
- Adhere to designated work schedule and company policies.
- Foster a positive and energetic team atmosphere by working well with peers and management.
