Job Description

The Spa Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa and wellness center. This role involves managing spa staff, ensuring service quality, developing treatment menus, and driving revenue and guest satisfaction through personalized services.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the spa's daily operations, including scheduling, guest service, and treatment quality.
  • Develop and implement spa menus with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead, train, and motivate spa therapists and reception staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback and respond promptly to any concerns or service recovery needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role in a luxury spa or wellness center.
  • Deep knowledge of Asian spa practices and wellness philosophies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
