We are looking for an experienced Spa Operations Manager to lead our luxury spa team.

About the Role

This key leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving team performance. As a seasoned professional in the spa industry, you will supervise therapists, front-desk staff, and manage day-to-day activities to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet quality and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Provide guidance and support during busy periods or special events.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certification in Spa Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury spa environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent knowledge of spa operations, customer service principles, and personnel management techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficient in spa software systems and basic administration.
