Job Description

A Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional reception services to Guests, contributing to a seamless experience from check-in through check-out. The role involves completing audits and ensuring the Front Office Team provides top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures as required
  • Provide relevant feedback to the Guest Service Manager and collaborate with other departments
  • Demonstrate high customer service standards at all times
Working Relationships:

The Guest Service Agent will work closely with the Front Office Team and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Collaboration is key to achieving excellent results, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment.

Requirements:Key Skills:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering high customer service standards
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Front Office/Concierge experience in the hotel, leisure, or entertainment sectors
  • Conflict resolution experience
