Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our customer loyalty and retention efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as experience in managing customer relationships and data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted loyalty programs that meet our customers' needs and drive business growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer loyalty and retention strategies
  • Analyze customer data to inform program development and optimization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement loyalty programs
  • Measure and evaluate program effectiveness

Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 3 years in a management positionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
