Senior Business Growth Manager

As a key member of our team, the Business Development Officer plays a vital role in driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, including filing, generating reports, preparing meetings and presentations, and ordering of office supplies.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and supporting visitors, handling customer complaints, and maintaining relationships with clients, insurance providers, brokers, rental cars agencies, and other partners.
- Business Development: Conducting market research, analyzing data, obtaining new product suppliers, marketing the company, arranging meetings with potential clients, and expanding the service provider network.
Educational Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative support and business development roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Normal Working Hours 45 hours a week
- Working Timing 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required
- This job may require occasional business trips outside Oman
