We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead and oversee the commercial operations of a large construction company. - Monitor and analyze project budgets, cash flows, and financial performance.
- Optimize commercial terms to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with finance teams to prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
- Build relationships with key clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for major commercial discussions.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry forums.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement within the commercial department.
- Provide guidance and training to enhance the commercial acumen of teams across the organization.
