Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our Food and Beverage team.

This luxury hotel is located in a prime beachfront location, offering 150 guestrooms and suites, five restaurants and bars, a lush Spa, and an outdoor swimming pool.

The hotel features a ballroom with views of the Arabian Sea and a variety of banquet and meeting spaces to accommodate social and business events.

The successful candidate will report to the Food and Beverage department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to production sequence and bar service standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote food and beverage offerings.
  • Provide recommendations and prepare wine and creative cocktails for guests.
  • Coordinate the service of food and beverage efficiently and accurately.
  • Report maintenance defaults affecting service delivery and follow up on issues.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to understand guest needs.
  • Clear communication and attention to detail.
