About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our field team in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales volume and value targets
  • Ensure full distribution and visibility of product range
  • Prepare customer orders and manage stock levels
  • Track expiry dates and follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) procedures
  • Secure shelf space and secondary displays for products
  • Support new product launches by developing effective sales strategies
  • Collect payments and manage credit control efficiently
  • Work closely with merchandisers, providing training when needed
  • Follow a structured journey plan for customer visits
  • Report daily on activities, targets, and challenges encountered
  • Monitor and ensure proper use of company equipment, including coolers and stands

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food or non-food sectors
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A valid GCC driving license
  • Good presentation and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint
