Job Title: Asset & Facilities Officer

This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing company assets, overseeing auctions, coordinating facility services, and ensuring optimal space utilization.

  • The Asset & Facilities Officer will be accountable for managing the auction process for surplus assets.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing the sales and scraping of furniture, machines, and equipment, as well as coordinating office space allocation and setup.
  • Maintaining an updated inventory of company assets and ensuring proper tracking, maintenance, and utilization are also key aspects of this role.
  • A significant focus will be on handling new furniture requests and installations, maintaining and repairing signage, TVs, curtains, and locks, and implementing pest control measures.
  • Additionally, supervising waste management efforts to maintain a clean environment and processing invoices in a timely manner will be essential tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Experience 0-1 in asset management, procurement, or facility operations is also necessary.
