A leading business is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee their HR Department in Muscat, Oman.

This role will report directly to the Country Manager and lead a team of 5 HR professionals. The position involves working closely with Regional Managers and various departments to align HR policies and procedures across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing organizational changes
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and guidelines
  • Managing trade union relationships
  • Fostering positive employee relations
  • Planning and managing workforce requirements
  • Providing training and development opportunities

This position is open to Omani Nationals only.

Candidate Profile
  • HR Generalist background
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR
  • Strategic and operational expertise
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner is an asset

Salary: 3000 - 3500 OR per annum
