Job Title: Telecom Tower Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Tower Project Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation of telecom tower construction projects.

  • Oversight and management of telecom tower construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and site acquisition, to facilitate seamless project execution and resolve any roadblocks.
  • Regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional).

  • Demonstrated progressive experience in telecom tower construction or related infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of telecom tower construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, and in-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
