As a Guest Service Agent - Front Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the first impressions of our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests
  • Achieving positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing audits as required

To deliver an exceptional guest experience, you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times, maintain a professional demeanor, and work collaboratively with other departments.

Demonstrating Hospitality Excellence

Hospitality excellence is at the heart of our operations. As a Guest Service Agent - Front Office, you will be expected to:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions
  • Maximize room occupancy by utilizing up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Handle cash, credit cards, and foreign currencies according to established procedures

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and following company brand standards.
