The Guest Service Agent - Front Office role is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reception services to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for guests.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries, achieving positive outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency at the reception desk, ensuring smooth check-in/out and audit procedures.
  • Keep the Reception Manager informed of relevant guest feedback and departmental updates.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service skills at all times.
  • Participate in training sessions and assist with the development of the Night Team.
  • Stay knowledgeable about hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and general hotel information.
  • Maximize room occupancy by utilizing up-selling techniques and promoting hotel services and facilities.
  • Handle foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash according to hotel policies.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Operate front-of-house equipment and property management systems as per policies and procedures.
  • Foster a professional atmosphere and assist other departments as needed.

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Calm, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • A professional demeanor emphasizing hospitality and guest service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in IT systems.

Prioritizing the following would be advantageous:

  • Experience in cash handling.
  • Front Office experience in the hotel, leisure, or entertainment sectors.
