The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure all internal tasks are completed on time and provide valuable assistance during client meetings.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and arrange meetings with high-profile clients, ensuring timely confirmations and follow-ups.
  • Inbound Client Management: Effectively manage client inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to each interaction.
  • Presentation Assistance: Prepare sales materials using pre-established templates, occasionally adapting them to suit specific client needs.
  • CRM Management: Efficiently handle deals through the CRM system, benefiting from comprehensive training on HubSpot.
  • Organization and Time Management: Develop strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and adhere to tight deadlines.

Prospective candidates should possess:

  • Administrative Experience: A minimum of two years in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within marketing or sales administration.
  • CRM Familiarity: Prior experience working with CRM systems is advantageous; training on HubSpot will be provided.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to manage multiple client accounts while tracking interactions accurately.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for Marketing: A genuine interest in marketing principles, even if not directly applicable to sales decks or marketing teams.
  • Comfort with Client Interactions: Confidence in handling client-facing situations with professionalism.
