About the Role
This Administrative Support Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing the Braxtone Club Program, expanding the service provider network, and enhancing business relationships with clients in Oman.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of the office by providing administrative support, including filing, generating reports, preparing meetings and presentations, and ordering office supplies.
- Support business development efforts by answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and interacting with visitors.
- Manage the Braxtone Club Program and expand the service provider network to increase business opportunities.
- Collaborate with garages to collect funds and enroll SPs in the program.
- Analyze market research and data to inform business decisions.
- Develop relationships with new product suppliers and promote the company's products.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain relationships with customers, including insurance companies, brokers, rental cars, and agencies.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and help manage SPs, including finding new service providers and assisting with discounts and reduced rates.
- Handle customer complaints and contribute to office administration.
- Engage in public relations with Omani ministries, banks, and governmental offices.
- Support digital media advertising efforts.
- Organize events and promotions to enhance sales and awareness of the company in Oman.
- Drive business growth by marketing and securing new accounts for the RSA program and related activities.
