Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that new company vehicles are added to the insurance policy and follow up on debit notes from the insurers.

The ideal candidate will have two to three years of commercial experience gained within an administration / human resources department.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that new company vehicles are added on to the insurance policy and follow up on debit notes from the insurers.
  2. Organise contracts for office stationery, regular maintenance jobs, etc.
  3. Process the capex form for company vehicles for approvals after verification.
  4. Ensure that all staff related insurance details are submitted on time, especially cancellation and follow up on the credit notes.
  5. Ensure that all utility bills are paid on time without any outstanding.
  6. Ensure that the traffic fines are cleared every month.

Requirements

  • Degree educated
  • Two to three years of commercial experience gained within an administration / human resources department
  • Able to communicate at all levels throughout the business
  • Strong attention to detail
