We're looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead retail sales initiatives and ensure financial accuracy through invoice reconciliation. This role combines strategic client acquisition with operational precision, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow corporate retail accounts

  • Identify new B2B opportunities across retail channels (e.g., wholesale, franchise, institutional buyers)

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners

  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals

  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs

Invoice Reconciliation & Financial Coordination

  • Review and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and delivery records

  • Resolve discrepancies between sales contracts and billing statements

  • Coordinate with finance and accounts receivable teams to ensure timely payments

  • Maintain accurate records of reconciled invoices and support internal audits

  • Generate periodic reports on sales performance and billing accuracy

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales or corporate account management

  • Strong understanding of retail operations and financial workflows

  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or Finance (MBA is a plus)

  • Oman or GCC Experience Preferred.
