Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. Based in Muscat, the role involves a combination of onsite and remote work. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and create tailored proposals that align with client needs. Key tasks include market analysis, strategic planning, negotiating contracts, and driving customer acquisition and retention initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in Business Development.
  • Experience in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Contract Negotiation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience in the automation or security solutions industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid role with both onsite and remote responsibilities.
  • Valid Oman driving licence.
  • Work visa eligibility.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.

COMMISSION-BASED OPPORTUNITY

  • 8-12% commission on project value
  • Earning potential: 3,000-8,000+ OMR/month
  • Hybrid work: remote flexibility
