Objective

To drive business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and expanding Hamptons International's market presence across all real estate services — including sales, leasing, property management, Research and Consultancy, Valuation.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all service lines (sales, leasing, property management, Research and Consultancy, Valuation).
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, corporate clients, financial institutions, and government entities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and marketing materials to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Track and report business development activities, including leads, proposals, and conversions.

B. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients — from initial inquiry to project completion or deal closure.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, service quality, and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update client, lead, and opportunity records in the company's CRM system.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve services and strengthen long-term partnerships.

C. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Leasing, Property Management, and Valuation) to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Communicate clearly about client requirements, project scope, and timelines to the concerned teams.
  • Work with finance and administration teams on invoicing, payment collection, and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Oman's real estate market is an advantage.
