We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager on commission base to join our team and drive growth by building strong client relationships and expanding market reach.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of software development services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client needs into business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Strategy
  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with marketing to generate leads through campaigns, events, and networking.
  • Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the software/IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, technologies, and outsourcing models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
