Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Muscat for a Senior Manager, Internal Audit. The role involves leading the internal audit function to assess and enhance the organization's internal controls, compliance, and overall risk management. The Senior Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing financial and non-financial audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. The role also includes providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, preparing detailed audit reports, and collaborating with management to implement improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify risks, and propose improvements
  • Expertise in Finance and Internal Controls to monitor compliance and ensure adherence to policies
  • Proficiency in Accounting practices, principles, and standards
  • Experience in Financial Audits to identify discrepancies and drive financial integrity
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA are highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
