About the Role
We're looking for a driven Channel Sales Manager who knows how to build strong partner networks and accelerate revenue in the IoT, AI, and Big Data ecosystem. If you understand value-added distribution, love working with system integrators, and can translate technical capability into business growth, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and scale channel partners, including system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
• Own revenue targets and drive quarterly sales plans with partners.
• Identify new channel opportunities and onboard high-potential partners.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and decision makers across verticals such as smart cities, industrial automation, utilities, logistics, and security.
• Support partners with solution positioning, pricing, proposal development, and deal closures.
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver demos, POCs, and solution workshops.
• Track pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor moves, and emerging partner needs.
• Coordinate with marketing to run partner events, campaigns, and enablement programs.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in channel sales within IoT, AI, ICT, or enterprise technology distribution.
• Strong understanding of IoT platforms, sensors, AI analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, or Big Data solutions.
• Proven success in building and managing reseller and SI ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner-relationship skills.
• Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
Nice to Have
• Experience working with GCC partners and enterprise accounts.
• Exposure to smart city, industrial automation, oil and gas, logistics, or utility sectors.
• Certification or background in IoT, cloud, AI, or cybersecurity.
