  • Supervise and train catering staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes efficiency and high service standards.
  • Create detailed event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Implement and uphold food safety and hygiene standards, conducting regular inspections of food preparation areas.
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses, providing accurate forecasts and financial reports to management.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery during events.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred for foundational knowledge in catering operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering or event management, demonstrating a proven track record in high-pressure environments.
  • HACCP L3 Certification in food safety and sanitation is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Experience in budget management and cost control, showcasing the ability to handle financial aspects of catering operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors.
