- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred for foundational knowledge in catering operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering or event management, demonstrating a proven track record in high-pressure environments.
- HACCP L3 Certification in food safety and sanitation is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in budget management and cost control, showcasing the ability to handle financial aspects of catering operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors.
