Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Supervisor located in Oman. The Catering Supervisor will oversee daily catering operations, ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met, supervise food preparation and service, and manage the catering team. Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients, handling logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • HACCP L3 from Highfiled UK
  • Min 2 years Experience in Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Food Preparation and Food Service
  • Knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices
  • Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's /Diploma degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
