Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to provide technical support across all our business divisions. The role will ensure smooth operations for ERP, e-commerce, websites, and mobile applications, as well as wider IT support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line and second-line IT support for ERP (Next support) and related modules.
  • Support e-commerce platforms, company websites, and mobile applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks across all departments.
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and access rights (cyber security awareness included).
  • Coordinate with software vendors and external IT partners for troubleshooting and upgrades.
  • Ensure data backup, system updates, and IT asset management.
  • Provide technical support to retail outlets, offices, and manufacturing units.
  • Document issues and resolutions, prepare simple user manuals/guides for staff.
  • Train end users on ERP, e-commerce, and other digital platforms.
  • Support IT requirements for new projects and business expansions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in IT support (ERP, e-commerce, websites, and mobile apps).
  • Knowledge of networks, servers, and cybersecurity basics.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple divisions.
  • Ready to join immediately.
