Socium are proud to be partnering with a well known tour operator in the middle east, in their search for a Russian speaking Travel Sales Manager (ROW) to join their team.

Salary 900OMR Monthly

In this role, we are looking for a fluent Russian (spoken and written).

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Propose yearly budget, FCA, FCB, FCC. Budget GOP must meet with the assigned KPI's.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Setting goals for Travel Consultants and developing strategies to meet those goals.
  • Training Travel Consultants.
  • Update the product list and Ground Handling with new rates, suppliers and excursions.
  • Escorting FAM Trips and site inspections.
  • Present and implement an annual business plan for Sales in line with the DAT's medium-long term business strategy which specifies how defined revenue targets will be achieved.
  • Implement, monitor and propose recommendations according to shifting market trends.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets and sources of business that present additional revenue opportunities.
  • Actively participate in the promotion of DAT with potential clients and the media.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

To be considered, you MUST be able to speak fluent Russian and must have previous experience in a similar sales manager role.
