Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production/shop floor. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring productivity targets are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead floor staff to meet daily production or operational goals.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance and attendance.
Ensure quality control and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain discipline, work hygiene, and safety on the floor.
Coordinate with other departments (inventory, quality, maintenance) for smooth operations.
Train new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on floor performance and productivity.
Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate issues when required.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a floor supervision or similar role.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage shop floor operations.
Knowledge of production processes, safety norms, and quality standards.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or production reporting tools preferred.
