Your Mission
As HR Officer, you will be the primary Human Resources representative in Oman, responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions locally while supporting global HR alignment across AMOUAGE's international operations. This role is responsible for leading initiatives across recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance, and HR systems while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

- As HR leader in our Oman operations, you will ensure our global vision for AMOUAGE's ambition growth plans in line with the talent of our teams.
- Ensure compliance with the Omani Labour Law and internal policies.
- Lead audits, ensure statutory documentation, and provide HR reports to management.
- Supervise and guide the HR Assistant in daily administrative functions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all Oman-based employee concerns.
- Promote a constructive work culture by maintaining strong communication with staff.
- Manage performance improvement plans, disciplinary cases, and grievance handling.
- Draft and issue employment contracts, offer letters, warnings, terminations, and internal memos in Arabic and English.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and relevant systems.
- Oversee accurate attendance, leave, and overtime tracking.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions.
- Manage end toend recruitment processes, including getting approvals, advertising, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and probation reviews for new employees.
- Support internal mobility and career development where applicable.
- Plan and coordinate employee workshops, off-site meetings, and internal training sessions.
- Support the roll-out of performance appraisal cycles and provide guidance to managers.
- Coordinate with global HR team on shared initiatives and data standardization.
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies, employee handbook, and legal documentation in Arabic and English.
- Ensure company-wide policies are clearly communicated, understood, and followed.

Your Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Proven knowledge of Omani Labour Law and employment legislation.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion with confidential information.
- Ideally you hold a HR professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
- Experience working in a multinational environment or across multiple regions would be advantageous
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.)..
