Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our overall business goals and support our manufacturing operations. This includes developing recruitment strategies to attract talent for our manufacturing base, considering local labor markets and cultural differences. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include assessing training needs and implementing training programs tailored to the needs of our employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and overseeing international payroll, benefits, and compensation plans. The ideal candidate will also handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, in accordance with local labor laws and company policies.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Local labor laws and HR best practices and possess a Bachelor degree and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic being an added advantage.

A minimum of 10 years of work experience, including 3 years of relevant work experience, is necessary for this position. Strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability to different working environments are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic.

  • Work experience requirements: Over 10 years of work experience, including 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills qualification certificate/Award requirements: Strong knowledge of Local labor laws and HR best practices.

This role requires a high level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information. A strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics is also desirable.
