
Human Resources Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in executing and coordinating daily human resources and administrative functions across farm and office operations.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, monitoring attendance, and preparing monthly attendance reports.
- Assisting in payroll and recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, employment contract preparation, and onboarding documentation.
- Supporting manpower planning and recruitment processes, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into ERP systems.
- Maintaining up-to-date employee records in both hard copy and ERP systems, including personal files, contracts, warnings, visa details, and insurance documents.
- Coordinating with the HR Manager and Finance Department to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution, including data entry, leave balances, and allowances.
- Tracking visa, labor card, and residency expiry dates and preparing required documentation for renewals, medicals, and labor clearances in coordination with the PRO.
- Managing medical and workers' compensation insurance matters, including enrollment, deletions, claim submissions, and coordination with insurance brokers.
- Booking air tickets for new joiners, business travel, and staff annual leave, and coordinating related logistics such as hotel reservations and transport requirements.
- Handling site-level administrative support, including the distribution of uniforms, ID cards, SIM cards, and stationery.
- Preparing and organizing employee documentation for internal, external, and OIA audits, ensuring files are complete, updated, and compliant with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generating regular HR reports and supporting the HR Manager with data for compliance reviews and manpower submissions.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant HR/admin experience, preferably in field-based industries.
- Familiarity with Oman Labor Law, visa processing, insurance handling, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and attendance systems.
- ERP & Data Handling: Proficient in HR modules of ERP systems.
- HR Administration: Accurate in documentation, contract processing, and employee file maintenance.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple operational requests and deadlines under pressure.
- Problem Solving: Handles routine employee issues professionally and escalates when needed.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Confidentiality: Maintains strict confidentiality in handling HR records and sensitive information.
- Team Coordination: Works well with cross-department teams.
- Adaptability: Flexible to handle HR and admin functions in remote/farm locations.
- Audit Support: Organized in file preparation and understanding of compliance checklists.
- Customer Service Attitude: Cooperative and responsive to staff requests and operational needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
The selected candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
They must also be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
