To support the Sales team and branch in achieving business objectives by coordinating sales activities, following up on leads and documentation, handling customer interactions, and ensuring efficient support for field sales teams. The role requires excellent communication, organization, administrative skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a liaison between the field sales team, customers, and internal departments.
• Follow up on customer documentation and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate daily with potential customers and provide status reports on interactions.
• Support the sales team by arranging meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining up-to-date client records.
• Attend regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales support activities.
Customer Relationship Management
• Contact and follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and reduce attrition.
• Help resolve customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely communication when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
• Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by supporting onboarding and servicing.
• Improve service levels by ensuring proactive customer support and ownership of service issues.
Administration & Reporting
• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper storage of sales documents and records.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain dashboards as needed by management.
• Monitor the progress of sales targets and prepare updates for sales meetings.
• Collaborate with departments like Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Process Improvement & Compliance
• Adhere to internal sales and support processes and procedures.
• Provide constructive feedback to streamline sales operations and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure customer interactions and documentation comply with bank policies.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or banking operations.
