Job Summary

Main Tasks
  • Lead sales efforts in the IR sector, achieving sales goals for ST and SO.
  • Execute sales duties as required, contributing to overall sales success.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales of core products across IR channels, including building a network of core stores and organizing promotional events.
  • Supervise FF teams and sales promoters, fostering their growth and productivity.
  • Implement and enforce sales guidelines to ensure consistent performance.
  • Nurture customer relationships, providing personalized support.
  • Prepare and distribute critical sales reports and market data.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Possess at least 5 years of sales experience in the Omani mobile phone market, with a deep understanding of the IR market and key clients.
  • Proven expertise in customer management, store management, FF management, and sales promoter management.
  • Familiarity with key operational areas such as product launches, market coverage, promotions, and inventory clearance.
