Role: Sales ManagerThe Sales Manager is responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within their designated area. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of the portfolio, engaging with all levels of managerial and departmental executives to provide excellent client service, achieve targets, and maximize productivity.
- Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and surpass set targets.
- Establishing parameters, quoting, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to the properties.
- Providing feedback on market trends and competitive conditions through direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail.
- Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in managing the accounts system.
- Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in governmental sales and hospitality is essential.
- Local experience and Arabic language skills are preferred.
