Head Chef/ Executive Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Arabic cuisine and excellent leadership skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with the Food & Beverage management team on menu planning, budgeting, and food promotions.
  • Developing and maintaining menus that showcase authentic Arabic dishes, while also incorporating international cuisine as needed.
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring kitchen staff, especially Arabic-speaking team members.
  • Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through consistent culinary excellence and attention to detail.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a hotel or luxury restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
