Sales Manager for Property Sales

Attention all sales and property enthusiasts We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager for Property Sales to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry, with a proven track record of closing sales deals. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry.
  • Identifying and securing new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiating sales deals and closing sales.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends.
  • Creating social media marketing strategies.
  • Participating in local and international property roadshows and events.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the property market and industry trends.
  • Prior experience working in Real Estate, High-End Luxury Automotive, or High-End brands.
  • Experience in selling off-plan residential units.
