Responsibilities:

  1. Support operational processes, ensuring smooth workflows and process adherence.
  2. Maintain communication with vendors and partners to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery.
  3. Oversee budget allocation and tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with staff, vendors, and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
  5. Contribute to improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Adaptability, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
