Job Purpose:

The Administrative Operations Coordinator orchestrates administrative and reservation operations within the bank, ensuring seamless handling of bookings and robust inventory management. He/She facilitates effective coordination with vendors, administers the reservation system, and ensures compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage booking processes, addressing bookings, cancellations, and modifications to meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to streamline reservation operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain current and precise reservation systems aligned with internal standards and operational mandates.
  • Administer inventory control within the bank, maintaining adequate supplies of office necessities, equipment, and stationery for operational readiness.
