Job Summary

The HR Generalist role is responsible for carrying out various HR functions on a professional level, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, training, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Investigates and resolves employee relations issues, conflicts, and complaints.
  • Conducts exit interviews and analyzes feedback to improve employee satisfaction.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Coordinates new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Liaises with government bodies to obtain necessary work permits, visas, and insurance approvals.
  • Maintains accurate records in the HR information system.

Performance Management:

  • Assists with performance appraisal processes and provides guidance to managers and employees on improvement plans.

Training and Development:

  • Identifies training needs and collaborates with the Learning and Development team to implement training materials.

HR Administration:

  • Ensures data accuracy and maintains up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepares HR reports and presentations to support business decisions.
  • Provides administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in any discipline or equivalent in Human Resource Management.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR/PRO roles.
