Job Purpose:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving long-term success by managing sales projects, developing positive relationships with customers, and identifying new sales opportunities through existing and potential customer networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Project Management: Manage sales projects to achieve departmental KPIs and targets.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through existing and potential customer networks.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Diploma or BSc degree in Business, ICT, or a related subject.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience in sales and customer project management, preferably in the Cloud or Information Technology sector.
- Skills: Good financial background, ability to develop forecasts and business cases, MS Office proficiency, excellent communication and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.
