Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of crew management, including visa processing, document verification, and training enrollments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with personnel at all levels. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate visa processing and document verification for joining crew members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ShipSure Crewing.
  • Make training enrollments and ensure personnel meet necessary certifications and requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Crew Cell team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree from any field.
  • Strong computer operating skills, including word processing and spreadsheet experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
