Key Responsibilities:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sales driven position, familiarity with the channel market, and a solid network within the local channel network.
">Your Key Accountabilities:
">- Establishing new channel partnerships and ensuring a smooth on-boarding process
- Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales, and identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborating with sub-dealers to address commercial and technical challenges and find solutions
- Developing and executing business plans to meet sales targets in conjunction with channel partners
- Staying informed about the latest market trends and competitor activities
- Providing training and guidance to sales teams within channel partners
- Maintaining regular contact with partner organizations
- Reporting on sales performance metrics within channel partners on a monthly basis
- Working towards sales and revenue targets set by senior management
- Responding to customer service issues raised by channel partners
- Identifying and approaching new potential channel partners
- Ongoing tasks and projects as assigned by line management
- Closing new business deals through coordinated efforts, contract development, and operational integration
- Enhancing job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities, industry publications, and professional networks
Requirements:
">- Proven track record in sales driven positions within the IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry and understanding of the channel market
- Desirable: recent graduates with high academic achievements
- Well-established connections within the Local Channel network
- Excellent sales skills, active listening, and tailored presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Persistent, proactive approach
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to drive business results
- Ability to motivate and lead support teams while achieving sales targets under pressure
- Competitive and efficient in achieving objectives Strong public speaking, multitasking, and time management skills Valid driving license
