About the Role

This senior management position involves conceptualizing and executing events and sponsorships that align with our organization's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of branding, marketing communications, and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event strategies at tactical, creative, and execution levels.
  • Manage event calendars for internal and external activities.
  • Project manage all event-related tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with established guidelines and develop decision-making tools for participation in tradeshows or events.
  • Organize high-profile events, including logistics for senior management.
  • Oversee the organization's presence in festivals to create a positive brand image.
  • Promote innovative ideas aligned with our brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish KPIs and quarterly deliverables.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of completed projects for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare regular status reports on ongoing tasks, highlighting areas requiring attention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and product marketing.
  • Familiarity with the banking sector in Oman.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Self-motivated, initiative-taking, innovative, and dynamic.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Able to work well in a team.
  • Passion for delivering excellent work.
