Legal Administrator Role Description

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the General Counsel and legal department.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Document Management

  • Draft, edit, format, and manage legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain legal files and records.

Operational Support

  • Assist in preparing and coordinating general meetings for SDIC.
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion for statutory submissions.
  • Track legal matters, manage timesheets, and oversee matter management systems.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide initial guidance.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the Legal Department.
  • Assist staff with legal-related support and research.

Additional Duties:

  • Monitor ongoing legal matters and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
  • Compile departmental reports on legal activities.
  • Provide translation support between Arabic and English, coordinating with external translators if needed.
