We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Market Development Manager to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that drive profitability and market share.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to align pricing with business goals.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Maintain pricing dashboards and reports for senior management.
  • Conduct price sensitivity and elasticity analysis to measure impact.
  • Provide pricing recommendations for product launches and promotions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Support revenue forecasting with finance teams.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and conduct regular benchmarking studies.
Policy and Compliance:
  • Ensure pricing strategies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and best practices.
  • Address and resolve pricing discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful pricing strategies.
  • Experience with pricing software and analytics tools.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
